About Us

Established in 1995, Jay Wilson, CPA partners with clients across a wide range of industries to provide full-service accounting, payroll, and tax compliance services.

After graduating from Asbury University with a B.A. in Accounting, Jay Wilson began a part-time public practice in 1994 while working full-time with other companies.  Jay has worked in manufacturing as a Plant Controller, non-profit as an Assistant Treasurer, a credit union in Asset Liability Management and a wholesale company as President.  Jay’s experience working in industry translates to valuable insight and perspective when working with business and individual clients.

Jay is also familiar with entrepreneurship having created an audio company and a limousine company.  These experiences allow Jay to connect with business owners and their challenges, presenting professional solutions and support.

Beginning as a modest part-time practice, Wilson CPA has grown into a full-time and full-service accounting firm. With offices located in Bloomington and Bedford, Indiana, we serve clients in surrounding counties and around the country.
